Project at a glance

When NovaFleet, an innovative satellite communications startup, needed to streamline mission data flow for thousands of users, they partnered with us to build a robust, intuitive operations dashboard.

The result? A sleek, high-performing platform that handles real-time data streams with zero downtime — and won Best Aerospace Interface at the Global SpaceTech Awards.

PROJECT GOALS

Simplify complex mission data for engineers and operators
Improve data transmission speed by 60%

Build a scalable platform to support global expansion

Design a modern UI aligned with NovaFleet’s brand and user needs

How we made it happen

We kicked off with deep user research alongside NovaFleet’s operations teams. Our designers and engineers co-created prototypes tested in real orbital conditions.

Through agile sprints, we refined system architecture and interaction flows, ensuring the dashboard performed flawlessly under pressure. Continuous feedback loops with NovaFleet’s CTO, Sophia Patel, kept the build aligned with mission-critical requirements.

Impact

65% faster mission data transmission

Zero downtime during peak satellite uplink windows

Scaled to over 12,000 active mission controllers worldwide

Client NPS score of 9.7/10

Everything just worked right out of the box. We were able to launch our new site in days, not weeks. The design is clean, the editing tools are intuitive, and the whole experience feels like it’s built to help you stay in orbit while growing fast.

I had a great experience working with the team. I quickly learned how to use the tool on my own and if I ever got stuck, they were there to answer my questions. Would definitely recommend!

The tool was intuitive and the entire team learned how to use it quickly. We drafted all of the key pages and templates we need for our new site.
